WHO ARE WE?
 
 
A successful and approved charity adult learning training centre

set up in September 2002

 

Since we began we have seen over 500 students leave with recognised qualifications that they have used to go on to further education

or into employment.

 

 

OUR AIM

To provide training to assist all adult learners enter into employment or to progress onto further education. We believe that education is a key to success.

 

 

MANAGEMENT

The Centre is managed by Training Manager Julie Porter a qualified and experienced tutor who has obtained the City & Guilds Further Adult Education Teacher's Certificate as well as BA (Hons) Languages for Business & a Diploma in General Counselling Skills.

 

 

TUTORS

MPM Centre of Excellence offers training taught by qualified and experienced adult learner trainers who have approximately 25 years teaching experience under their belts!

 

They have experience of teaching adults to a high successful pass rate from beginners stage right up to advanced level - so no one is left out!

 

Their teaching experience and knowledge covers a vast range of subjects from IT, Counselling Skills, Business Skills and Music Technology to name a few areas. Further to this - yes there's more! - they hold qualifications ranging from City & Guilds Further Adult Education Teacher's Certificate, NVQ Level 3 in Management, BMus, and have successfully ran businesses spanning a period of at least 10 years.

 

 

LOCATION

MPM Centre of Excellence is situated close to the heart of Walsall.

 

The main bus and train stations are within walking distance and for those travelling by car there is secure car parking facilities with 24 hours CCTV operation.
